Group Reformer Pilates
A total-body reformer workout — everyone works the same program, corrections are individual. Feet in straps, hands in straps, boxes, balls, all planes of movement. Your heart rate will go up. The good kind of burn is guaranteed.
Not suitable for pregnancy or injury modifications — see Small Group Equipment or Private below.

Small Group Equipment Pilates
Your program is individualised every session. Three people max means you get real attention, real corrections, and full access to the reformer, Wunda chair, tower, and small equipment. This is the one if the Reformer class feels too fast, too scary, or not targeted enough.

Private & Duo Pilates
Fully yours. One instructor, one (or two) of you, a completely custom program every session. Bring a friend or come solo — either way the session is tailored from start to finish. Good for advanced work, rehab beast mode, pregnancy, or just wanting to go at your own pace without an audience.
Duo sessions split the cost between two people. Same rate, same experience — just with a friend along for the ride.

Whether you want recurring Pilates at your office, a one-off session for your exec team and their hunchbacks, a hotel room session, or a company event — we can make it work.
We supply the equipment, set up and pack down. Travel rates may apply for locations more than 1km from 25 Martin Place.

What's the difference between the classes?
Group Reformer (max 4) — same program for everyone, fast-paced, total body. Small Group Equipment (max 3) — individualised program per person, slower pace, all equipment, injury and pregnancy friendly. Private & Duo — fully custom, your schedule, by appointment only.
How do I book?
Group and Small Group classes are booked, cancelled and managed entirely through Momence. Private and Duo sessions are by appointment — email us and we'll sort something in the diary.
What's the cancellation policy?
Strict 16-hour cancellation window. Manage everything yourself through Momence — bookings, cancellations, class packs, waitlist notifications. Turn on email notifications in your account so you don't miss anything.
Is it safe if I have an injury or I'm pregnant?
Yes — but choose the right class. Group Reformer is not suitable for pregnancy or injury modifications. Small Group Equipment and Private & Duo are both pregnancy, postnatal and injury friendly. If you're unsure, email us before booking.
What should I wear?
Comfortable clothes — tights or bike shorts recommended (for containment reasons, you understand). Tie up long hair; a high pony is best so you can lie on your back without a clip digging into your skull. Socks are mandatory. Grip socks are recommended — available to buy in studio if you don't have any.
I've never done Pilates before. Is that fine?
Yes. If you want a more gradual intro, start with Small Group Equipment or Private & Duo — they give us more time to work with you individually. If you're happy to jump in and learn on the fly, Group Reformer works too.
